DeleteI do use the metal wheel all the time for her, I tried using a plastic wheel, but all she did was chew it, and wouldn't run in it... so I went back to the metal wheel which she loves and runs in all the time :)

Well those wheels are really bad for them. Please don't be offended, I was just curious as they can give hamsters bumble foot. They can also get their feet stuck in between the gaps.
